TOWN OF CONCORD
Community Bulletin Board
Welcome to Concord! As you travel around Town, you will find many locations with notes of interest about the community. This Bulletin Board, made possible through generous private donations, represents an effort to provide a timely summary of various items of interest to the community. These simple rules were promulgated to maintain some degree of order for the reader, as well as guidance regarding how this Board, which is of limited space, will be updated.
1) The board will be updated by Town staff. Requests for posting may be made at the Town Clerk's Office, Town House, 22 Monument Square, Mondays through Fridays, 8:30 am to 4:30 p.m., and Thursdays until 6:00 p.m.
2) The board will be updated each week on Friday, or otherwise based upon the availability of Town staff.
3) Messages may be placed for a maximum of two weeks, but will be removed weekly unless a longer posting is specifically requested.
4) The date of posting will be clearly noted on each message.
5) Generally, messages may be no larger than 8 1/2" x 11". Variations will be at the sole discretion of Town staff.
6) Messages will be discarded upon their removal from the board.
7) No messages should be placed on the outside of the enclosed message area.
8) Messages containing obscenities or other inappropriate content, as determined by Town staff, will not be posted.
9) Space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
10) The posting of messages for non-Town entities does not in any way represent an endorsement of such entities by the Town of Concord.
**The Town Manager reserves the authority to revise this policy and manage the message board according to the best interests of the community.
