Writ of No Trespassing
See Evaluation Corruption at Fitchburg State College
To this day, if I were to stand on the grounds of McKay Campus at Fitchburg
State College, a public institution, I could legally be arrested and
incarcerated. Although my union lawyer had requested the writ be annulled,
Vice President of Academic Affairs Franz Nowotny preferred to keep the writ
active. Nonetheless, my purpose would be pertinent, not incidental, to
higher education. Since that would, however, be subjective, I'd still end
up arrested, incarcerated, and in need of a costly lawyer.
